Shipping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
- Packages are generally shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of confirmation and are shipped via courier with tracking via AWB.
- More complex products with higher value are made to order only and will be delivered in a longer period, agreed with the customer.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Generally, within cities and neighboring towns, delivery is made the next day after it was picked up by the courier, and in the case of more distant towns within two working days, except during holidays or vacation periods, when it may take longer.
How Do I Track My Order?
Any parcel will be accompanied by an AWB.
Do I Need A Account To Place Order?
Creating an account is not mandatory, however there is some information that is required for order processing and delivery.
